Accurate, real-time chemical analysis can significantly improve the productivity and safety of many industrial processes. From monitoring constituent chemicals in a feedstock at a power plant to analyzing production lines in real-time, 1st Detect’s MMS 2000 enables industries to measure processes in real-time – preventing downtime, saving money, and ensuring optimal quality control. The simple user interface allows users to define a target list of chemicals that will be monitored in real-time. The process will then be displayed in real-time either on an integrated touch panel PC or across installed DCS systems via Ethernet. Alarms and limits can also be set to either alarm when processes exceed predetermined limits, or to alarm to the presence of target chemicals.

Applications Include

  • Monitoring of food and beverage products and comparing to known good samples
  • Detecting contamination in extracted hydrocarbons and gas generators
